Our classrooms combine structured learning activities with hands-on learning through play. Teachers help children build early academic, social, emotional, and physical skills through stories, art, music, movement, centers, outdoor play, group lessons, and everyday exploration.

Responsibilities
Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging classroom environment
Support children's learning through both structured activities and purposeful play
Lead or assist with circle time, stories, art, music, movement, learning centers, and outdoor activities
Encourage positive social skills, independence, creativity, and confidence
Supervise children and maintain classroom safety
Assist with classroom routines, meals, rest time, transitions, and cleanup
Communicate positively with children, families, and coworkers
Work collaboratively with other teachers and center leadership
Follow all center policies and childcare licensing requirements
We're Looking for Someone Who Is
Caring, patient, positive, and dependable
Excited about helping young children learn and grow
Creative, energetic, and comfortable participating in classroom activities
Able to work well as part of a team
Reliable and able to maintain a consistent schedule
Experienced in childcare, preschool, early childhood education, or a related setting—or eager to learn
Previous childcare or classroom experience is preferred for Teacher positions. Training may be available for qualified Assistant Teacher candidates.
