Summary We are seeking passionate Childcare Teachers and Assistants to join our team at Smart From The Start Childcare in Clifton Heights . In this role, you will play a vital part in the development and education of young children, ensuring they thrive in a supportive and engaging environment. Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning through play. Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. Monitor and assess children's progress and development. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's growth and needs. Manage classroom behavior and create a positive atmosphere for all students. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for children. Requirements At least 2 years of experience working in a childcare center. Strong understanding of childhood development principles. Experience working with preschool aged children. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Pay:

$14.50 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
