August 20th, 2026 (for the 2026-2027 school year) This is a part-time position and averages 2-3 days out of the week with about 2 hours per shift. The Barn Yard is looking for an enthusiastic Parent & Me Class Teacher to lead engaging, hands-on classes for children ages 6 months to 3 years and their caregivers. Who is a Great Fit? This position is ideal for a semi-retired teacher looking to stay active in education, or a Stay-at-Home Parent (SAHM/SAHD) looking to re-enter the workforce with a schedule that aligns perfectly with school hours! About 6 hours a week during school hours!!! About the Role As a Parent & Me Class Teacher, you'll: Lead classes: Facilitate fun, developmentally appropriate sessions featuring music, movement, sensory play, and hands-on learning activities.

Prep & Organize:

Help set up and clean up classroom materials to maintain a safe, inviting space.

Build Community:

Connect with local families and create a warm, welcoming classroom environment. Support the

Yard:

Supervisor Role:

Help lead the team during open play sessions, weekend birthday parties, and community events.

Barn Hand Position:

Assist with welcoming families at the front desk, organizing the play floor, and keeping our facility deep-cleaned and sparkling. Qualifications You'd Be a

Great Fit If You:

Have hands-on experience with young children (teaching, nannying, childcare, etc.). Are confident and comfortable leading groups of both caregivers and children. Are energetic, creative, flexible, and love a dynamic environment. Possess strong communication skills and a team-first mindset. Are available on weekdays (matching school-day hours) and occasional weekends. Bonus Points (Not Required) Background in Early Childhood Education. CPR/First Aid certification.
