You'll:
Create engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences through play and exploration. Build trusting relationships with children, families, and teammates. Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Celebrate milestones and help children build confidence. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing standards. Communicate with families about their child's day, growth, and experiences. Partner with your teaching team to provide an exceptional experience for every family. Remain flexible and support the needs of the classroom and center throughout the day. Qualifications Approximately two years of full-time experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, school, camp, youth program, nanny position, coaching role, or similar environment. Meet Pennsylvania requirements for employment in a licensed child care center. Genuine interest in working with young children and families. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Dependability, teamwork, and the flexibility to support the needs of the center. Ability to create a positive, safe, and engaging classroom environment.
