Job Description

Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nurturing and educating children, ensuring their safety and well-being while fostering their development. This role involves caring for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children in a supportive and engaging environment. Responsibilities Provide attentive and nurturing care to children, ensuring their safety at all times. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and intellectual growth. Educate children through play-based learning, encouraging curiosity and creativity. Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning and exploration. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and daily activities. Monitor children's behavior and provide guidance as needed to promote positive interactions. Administer first aid when necessary and maintain health records as required. Skills Strong background in childcare, with experience in infant care, toddler care, and preschool education. Knowledge of childhood development principles to support age-appropriate learning experiences. Ability to create engaging educational activities that stimulate children's growth. Proficient in caregiving skills, including the ability to manage multiple children effectively. Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain is essential. Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and team members effectively. Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children are crucial for success in this role.
