Responsibilities Provide attentive supervision and care at all times Keep the classroom safe, clean, and organized Assist with daily routines: meals, diapering, naps, and transitions Lead age-appropriate learning and play activities Follow all center policies and state licensing regulations Communicate effectively with parents and staff Qualifications Minimum 2 years child care experience, or an associate's degree or higher in a related field Dependable, patient, and nurturing Must meet all state childcare employment requirements, including clearances and background checks Schedule Full-time, year-round Monday-Friday, approximately 8:30 AM-5:30 PM Compensation & Benefits Starting pay $14.00
