We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and caring Part-Time Child Care Provider to join our team. This is a floating position , meaning you will work in different classrooms and with different age groups based on the needs of the center. This position does not have a set weekly schedule, so we are looking for someone who has flexibility and is comfortable working varying hours. Most weeks will average approximately 20-30 hours . Responsibilities Provide attentive, nurturing care for children in a safe and positive environment Assist in different classrooms as needed throughout the center Supervise children during play, meals, activities, and daily routines Help maintain clean, organized, and safe classrooms Work cooperatively with teachers and other staff members Communicate professionally with parents, children, and coworkers Follow all center policies and child care licensing requirements Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of child care experience required Dependable and able to work a varying schedule Comfortable working with children of different ages Patient, caring, and able to work well as part of a team Must be able to meet all Pennsylvania child care employment and background-clearance requirements What We're Looking For This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with children but also likes variety. Because you will be helping wherever you are needed most, we're looking for someone who can adapt easily, work well with different teachers and age groups, and be a dependable member of our team. Pay is $14.00-$15.50 per hour, based on experience.
