Maintain accurate records of attendance, lesson plans, and developmental observations in compliance with licensing standards. Qualifications Experience working with children in settings such as daycare facilities, private homes (baby sitting/nannying), schools, etc. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Prior experience with preschool teaching or daycare experience is highly valued; familiarity with standardized testing for early learners is advantageous.
