KinderCare is hiring a Lead Teacher at West Branch Elementary School to create a warm, inclusive classroom that supports each child's social, emotional, and academic growth. You will design and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons, manage classroom routines, and maintain a safe, positive environment. Partner closely with families and school staff, observe and document children's progress, and support individualized learning plans. You'll also mentor assistant teachers, model best practices in early childhood education, and contribute to a collaborative, growth-focused team culture.
