The Clearfield Moose has a small, efficient kitchen that has been known to get busy. We are accepting applications for 2 part time, reliable cooks. These positions primarily involve cooking on our flat- top grill, fryers, and pizza oven along with food prep and daily kitchen upkeep. Prior cooking experience is required. Applicants must have flexibility for weekday and weekend shifts starting at 3:30PM . Availability for at least 2 weekend shifts per month is required. Responsibilities Prepare orders accurately, follow recipes, accomodate customer modifications, and maintain consistent portions and plating. Serve food to guests. Stay focused and organized during rushes, using slower periods to prepare for peak service. Setup and restock stations and coolers throughout service and at end of each shift. Complete assigned food prep, portion ingredients consistently, minimize waste, and communicate when supplies are running low. Safely operate and clean kitchen equipment including flat-top grill and fryers. Complete shift cleaning including sweeping and mopping, and doing all dishes.
