What You'll Be Doing You'll help support the classroom teacher and assist with daily preschool activities like: Helping children learn through play and structured activities Helping implement curriculum activities Encouraging positive behavior and social skills Preparing classroom materials and keeping things organized Supporting children throughout the day to help them feel safe and successful Assisting with classroom coverage and daily routines when needed Maintain open communication with your supervisor. Maintaining open communication with your supervisor Attending required meetings, on-the-job training (24 per training year), and supervision. Monitoring and responding to work email daily Practicing social responsibility through timely communication and follow-up Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality when handling information about CenClear staff, children, parents, consumers/clients, and families Every day looks a little different - and that's part of what makes working in Preschool so rewarding. What We're Looking For High School Diploma or G.E.D. Individuals must have or be willing to obtain the Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential with hire. This training is paid for by CenClear. If an individual does not have a CDA they must be willing to attend the Highly Qualified training while pursuing a CDA within 90 days of hire.
