We're seeking a caring and dedicated Intensive Team Supporter to join our organization and work with early childhood professionals in preschool settings. This position is in Allegheny County. About the Role As an Intensive Team Supporter, you will play a vital role in helping preschool classroom teams meet the developmental needs of children. Your work will focus on supporting educators in implementing strategies that create nurturing and effective learning environments. Key Responsibilities Serve as a key member of preschool classroom teams, assisting with daily routines for short-term periods (typically 4-10 weeks per classroom). Collaborate with educators to design and implement strategies that address collective or individual developmental needs. Support the consistent and faithful application of these strategies in the classroom. Provide encouragement to empower and strengthen the capabilities of classroom teams. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in education or a related field. Experience working with children, particularly young children, is preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Additional Requirements Three professional references. All required clearances for working with children. Transportation Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $27.50-32.50/hour.

Part-time schedule:
