We want to hear about your experience! What You'll Do As a Lead Teacher, you'll help create a classroom where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn.

You'll:

Lead and support daily classroom activities Create engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences Build positive relationships with children and families Help children develop socially, emotionally, physically, and academically Maintain a safe, clean, organized classroom Follow state licensing, health, safety, and supervision requirements Work closely with other teachers and center leadership Help create a welcoming environment where every child belongs What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and can confidently support a classroom. Candidates may qualify through a combination of education and/or documented experience working with children . For some candidates, 2,500 hours of documented experience working with children may meet the experience requirement.
