Help Lead a Program Where Children Learn, Explore & Grow! Taylor Behavioral Health Services (TBHS) is looking for an energetic, dependable, and creative Lead Enrichment Instructor to help oversee our growing children's enrichment program. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children but is also ready to take on a leadership role. The Lead Enrichment Instructor will help organize the daily program, guide activities, support staff, maintain a structured and welcoming environment, and work directly with children throughout the day. What Is Our Enrichment Program? Our enrichment program provides children with a structured facility-based environment where they can learn, play, explore, socialize, and develop meaningful everyday skills . Children participate in a variety of developmentally appropriate activities that may focus on: Social interaction and peer play Communication and following directions Arts, crafts, and creativity Life skills and independence Group activities and structured play Fine and gross motor activities Learning through hands-on experiences Community and seasonal activities Building confidence and independence Our goal is to create a positive environment where children can have fun while continuing to build skills that support success at home, school, and in the community. What You'll Do As the Lead Enrichment Instructor , you will take an active role in the day-to-day operation of the program.

Responsibilities include:

Lead and organize daily enrichment activities and routines Develop engaging, age-appropriate activities for children Help oversee the daily schedule and flow of the program Provide direction and support to enrichment staff Work directly with children individually and in small groups Adapt activities based on children's ages, abilities, and support needs Encourage independence, communication, socialization, and participation Maintain a safe, organized, clean, and welcoming program environment Communicate with program leadership regarding activities, supplies, staffing needs, and program development Assist with planning special activities, themes, and events Serve as a positive role model for both children and staff Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is creative, organized, patient, dependable, and comfortable taking the lead . The ideal candidate may have experience in: Early childhood education Education or special education Child development Behavioral health or ABA Preschool or childcare programs Recreational or enrichment programs Teaching, classroom support, or youth programming Experience working with children with autism or developmental needs is a plus, but candidates with strong experience working with children and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. What We Offer $21.00-$23.00 per hour , based on experience and qualifications. This position can begin as part-time or full-time, depending on availability and program needs. There is also potential for the position to transition into a salaried leadership role as the program continues to grow.
