Job Description
Full Time The Lead teacher is responsible for educating and caring for a group of children in the classroom. The Lead teacher creates and implements the lesson plan, works with the assistant teacher, works and communicates with the families, assesses the children's needs, and implements STAR 4 standards in their classroom. The Lead teacher is responsible for following Pa Licensing regulations and requirements, adhere to the STARS quality standards, comply with the company policy. Maintain a positive relationship with families, and maintain professionalism. The Lead Techer must be a LEVEL B on the STARS Career pathway. 3 years minimum of experience working in a STAR 3 or 4 facility.
