Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist Job Type Per Diem A specialty pharmacy in Sharon Hill, Pennsylvania is seeking a knowledgeable Part-Time Staff Pharmacist for a 4-week assignment with potential extension. This role offers a flexible schedule and an opportunity to contribute to exceptional patient care in a specialized pharmacy environment.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM (Primary) Alternate option: Monday to Wednesday, 8:30 AM - 4:30

PM Responsibilities:

Accurately bill prescriptions on the day they are received. Perform Prescription Verification Inspection (PVI) for all billed prescriptions. Support pharmacy operations by assisting with technician duties such as inventory management and patient communications. Coordinate with patients to schedule home delivery and ensure timely medication fulfillment.

Qualifications:

Active and clear Pharmacist license in Pennsylvania. Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or specialty pharmacy. Proven experience with Pioneer Rx software system (mandatory).

Preferred:

Experience in a specialty pharmacy setting, though not required. This per diem opportunity offers a focused work schedule within a specialized setting, perfect for pharmacists seeking part-time or interim assignments.
