Job Description

The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties (CPARC) is seeking a Community Participation Aide to work in our Community Fusion program assisting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Community Participation Aides assist participants in utilizing neighborhood services and participating in volunteer opportunities.
Openings:
Shermans Dale - 4 days a week, 9:30am to 2:30pm. No weekends or holidays.
Compensation:
Part-time position starting pay is $13.54 per hour.
Benefits:
Dental, vision, retirement, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, 60 hours of paid time off during the first year, and paid training.
Requirements:
A High School diploma or equivalent is required. Experience is helpful but not required. EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability
