If you have a passion for early childhood education and love caring for and supporting our youngest learners, we would love to meet you. Position:
Infant Co-Teacher As an Infant Co-Teacher, you will work alongside two other teachers to create a loving, safe, and stimulating classroom where infants grow and develop during their most important early months.
Responsibilities Include:
Supporting daily care routines including feeding, diapering, and nap schedules Assisting with lesson implementation using our inquiry-based curriculum Creating a warm, responsive, and engaging classroom environment Building strong, trusting relationships with infants and their families Monitoring developmental milestones and documenting daily activities Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized classroom Collaborating with fellow teachers and school leadership
