Job Description
Are you a high school or college student looking to make extra summer money? Do you love working with kids? Do you love a fun, laid back environment? Come work for us! Our Preschool and Early Learning Center located in Wayne, PA is looking for a Part Time and Full time Floater teacher and to join our team! We are looking for a candidate who has at least 1 year of previous experience with children. Candidate for position must be responsible, professional, on-time, and trustworthy. Teachers are expected to maintain a safe and healthy classroom environment in accordance to program goals. Teachers are also expected to plan daily lessons and art projects. Teachers are expected to work together to accomplish daily tasks such as activities regarding the children, cleaning, planning, and communicating with parents. Teachers are also expected to meet the emotional, social, physical, and cognitive needs of each child.
Some responsibilities include:

- Be accountable for your classroom and the children in your care.
- Support and communicate with parents and coworkers daily.
- Complete six hours of yearly training provided by the center, along with three hours of Child Abuse Recognition/Reporter training.
