We are deeply focused on creating a strong staff culture, and a safe, nurturing environment for children. Based on experience and education, starting $17.00-$20.00/hr.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work to ensure compliance with Kiddie Academy's industry-leading Quality Assurance standards. Most importantly, create a positive learning environment in the classroom where children develop a lifelong love of learning! Assists and supervises children during ALL activities Diapering and following a bottle schedule Monitor and assess each child's progress, documenting observations and maintaining accurate records Develop and implement engaging lesson plans Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment that is conducive to learning Collaborate with parents and guardians to provide regular updates on their child's development and address any concerns or questions Performs other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE

Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a childcare or daycare setting (2 year) Associate or Bachelors degree in a related field, preferred Knowledge of early childhood education principles, theories, and best practices Strong understanding of child development milestones and the ability to adapt teaching strategies accordingly Ability to effectively manage a classroom setting while maintaining a positive and nurturing atmosphere

Must be 18yrs, or older U.S. work authorization, if applicable
