Early Childhood Teacher (Infant-Preschool) Kreative Bears Preschool® | York, PAFull-Time | Starting at $15.00/hour | Growth Potential up to $18.00/hour Join Our Growing Team Kreative Bears Preschool® is growing, and we're looking for caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Early Childhood Teachers to join our team! Our teachers work with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children in a warm, play-based learning environment where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to explore. If you enjoy building meaningful relationships with children, supporting their development, and being part of a collaborative team, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Create a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment. Support children's cognitive, social-emotional, language, and physical development through play and intentional learning experiences. Guide daily routines including meals, diapering/toileting, rest time, outdoor play, and transitions. Plan and facilitate age-appropriate learning experiences. Observe children's development and maintain required classroom documentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom in accordance with Pennsylvania DHS requirements. Build positive relationships with families through professional and consistent communication. Collaborate with teachers and leadership to provide high-quality care and education. Support positive behavior through relationship-based and positive guidance practices. Qualifications Candidates must meet applicable Pennsylvania DHS child care staff qualification requirements for the position.
