ScribbleTime Early Learning Center in North Attleboro is at full enrollment and growing, and we're hiring a Lead Pre-K Teacher to prepare our oldest learners for kindergarten. If you've worked at a center where the directors stayed behind an office door, this will feel different. Our leadership team is present and available throughout the day — covering breaks, jumping in during busy transitions, and knowing every child by name — but your classroom is yours . As Lead Teacher, you'll have creative control of your curriculum and the trust to run your room your way, with support that's a hallway away, not hovering over your shoulder. This is more than a teaching position. You'll lead a thriving Pre-K classroom alongside an experienced co-teacher in a spacious, well-equipped room, with real opportunities for advancement as our center expands over the next year. Requirements:
MA EEC Preschool Lead Teacher Certification (required) 2+ years leading a preschool or Pre-K classroom (preferred) Genuine passion for early childhood education and a team-oriented mindset Ability to commute to North Attleboro, MA daily Ready for a classroom that's truly yours, backed by a team that shows up when it counts?
