Responsibilities:

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for infants
• Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment for all infants in your care
• Provide individualized care for each child
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure the well-being and development of each child
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
• Incorporate music, arts, storytelling, fine/gross motor skills, and other age approriate activities

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with infants
• Knowledge of infant development principles and best practices
• Strong classroom management skills to create an organized and engaging learning environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
• Understanding of child welfare guidelines and regulations for maintaining a safe and healthy environment
