The person must have a sense of humor, compassion, and the ability to multitask. The Lead Teacher is responsible for lesson planning, taking care of (bathroom/diapers, food service, and keeping track of personal items) up to 6 toddlers, general cleaning and organization, and parent communication. This individual must be able to work Monday through Friday Our staff must be able to work together, communicate respectfully, be flexible, and support one another. Experience is necessary. Pay is flexible based on experience. Paid time off is accrued weekly. Eight paid holidays. Prep time given weekly as well as time to complete the initial 18 hours of mandatory professional development.
