In this stage of rapid growth and discovery, we view toddlers as strong, capable co-constructors of knowledge—full of ideas, theories, and a deep drive to connect with the world around them. About the Role As a Toddler Educator, you will engage in meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues while co-constructing curriculum that emerges from children's interests and inquiries. Through careful observation and intentional responses, you will support toddlers as they develop language, autonomy, social awareness, and a sense of belonging within the community.
