Your leadership will guide toddlers through their formative years, ensuring they thrive both socially and academically. Join us in making a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families! What you'll do Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of toddlers. Foster a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom atmosphere for all children. Collaborate with parents to support each child's growth and address any concerns related to their development. Utilize behavior management techniques to promote positive interactions among students. Monitor and assess each child's progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary to meet diverse learning needs. Provide care and supervision during daily activities, including meals, nap time, and playtime. Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity. Stay current with best practices in early childhood education through ongoing professional development. Experience A degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Proven experience working with toddlers in a preschool or daycare setting. Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. First aid and CPR certification is required. Strong skills in classroom management and behavior management techniques. Experience in caregiving roles such as nannying or babysitting is beneficial. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
