Position Overview:

We are looking for a warm, reliable, and energetic Part-Time Childcare Teacher to join our team! This position requires flexibility, as shifts may include a mix of daytime, evening, and Saturday hours. Please do not apply if you are not available to work Saturdays. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a dynamic environment and working with children of various ages.

Schedule Requirements:

Availability for a mix of: Daytime shifts Evening shifts Saturday shifts Evening shifts may include: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Fridays & Saturdays)

Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, safe, and engaging care for children ages 12 months to 12 years old. Lead and participate in play-based activities Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment Communicate positively with parents and team members Follow all licensing and safety regulations Assist with transitions, meals, and daily routines

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain) Completion of SC 15-hour Health & Safety Training within 30 days of hire Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and Saturdays Dependable, positive, and team-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a licensed childcare center Comfortable driving a 14-passenger bus (or willingness to be trained) Strong communication and classroom management skills Why Join Giggles?
