What You'll Do Create a warm, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment for infants, toddlers, and/or early preschool children Build meaningful and trusting relationships with children and their families Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities provided through our Balanced Learning® curriculum Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development Encourage children's curiosity, independence, and love of learning Manage classroom routines and behavior while maintaining a safe and positive learning environment Communicate effectively and professionally with children, families, and fellow team members Observe and document children's growth and development Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom Follow all health, safety, and licensing requirements Participate in ongoing training and professional development Work collaboratively with school leadership and other teachers to provide consistent, high-quality care What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Loving, patient, nurturing, and dependable Passionate about working with infants, toddlers, and young children A positive team player with strong communication skills Comfortable working in a busy early childhood environment Committed to providing high-quality care and education Eager to learn, grow, and develop professionally Previous experience in early childhood education or a preschool setting is preferred CPR/First Aid certification is a plus Whether you have years of experience in early childhood education or are looking to begin your career working with young children, we'd love to meet you! Salary Range:

$15-$17 an hour (depending on experience and educaiton)
