Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Co-teachers to join our early childhood education team. In this role, you will work closely with other co-teachers to create a nurturing, engaging, and safe learning environment for young children. Duties Assist co-teacher in planning and implementing age-appropriate curriculum focused on early childhood development and child-centered learning. Support classroom management by supervising children during activities, transitions, outdoor play, and rest times to ensure safety and engagement. Provide attentive child supervision, ensuring each child's physical safety, emotional well-being, and positive behavior management. Engage children in educational activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development aligned with preschool standards. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, daily activities, and any concerns or observations. Support classroom organization by preparing materials, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring supplies are ready for daily activities. Follow mandated reporting laws and health protocols, including first aid and CPR procedures when necessary, to ensure a safe environment for all children. Experience Highschool diploma required. Prior experience working with young children in daycare centers, preschools, or similar early childhood settings is highly preferred, but we are open to training the right individual. Knowledge of childhood development instruction techniques and classroom management strategies. Certification in pediatric first aid and CPR is required; ongoing training in first aid is encouraged. Familiarity with early childhood education principles such as infant care, toddler care, behavior management, and developmental milestones. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with parents and team members to support children's growth and well-being. Previous nannying or babysitting experience involving caregiving for infants and toddlers will be considered valuable.
