Job Description

SolVerus Christian Academy in Mauldin is seeking a nurturing, dependable Preschool Floater who has a genuine love for Jesus and a passion for caring for young children. The ideal candidate is flexible, positive, and willing to support classrooms throughout the school day as needed. Hours are 7am until 6pm Tuesday - Friday. You will primarily work with infants, toddlers and two's. Responsibilities Demonstrate the love of Jesus to students, families, and coworkers. Provide classroom coverage and support throughout the school. Assist with curriculum, activities, and daily classroom routines. Engage with children through play, learning, and positive interaction. Assist with meals, diapering/toileting, hygiene, and classroom clean-up as needed. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment. Communicate professionally with parents, teachers, and administration. Follow all school policies and
DSS/DHEC
regulations. Attend required meetings and trainings and maintain DSS continuing education requirements. Previous childcare experience is preferred. We are looking for someone who is dependable, flexible, and excited to be part of a loving, Christ-centered preschool team!
Pay:
$30,000.00 - $31,000.00 per year
