Duties Assist in developing and implementing innovative curriculum plans aligned with early childhood development standards and educational best practices. Support faculty evaluation processes, providing constructive feedback and facilitating professional development opportunities to enhance instructional quality. Ensure ratio compliance to include classroom coverage when necessary Oversee daily school operations, including staff supervision, classroom management, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations such as special education law and childhood development requirements. Lead strategic planning initiatives to improve program quality, enrollment growth, and community engagement through effective fundraising efforts. Manage school budgets as an executive education administrator, ensuring financial sustainability while allocating resources efficiently for program needs. Facilitate school-wide meetings, professional development sessions, and community events to promote a collaborative team environment. Ensure adherence to all educational policies, licensing requirements, and safety regulations while maintaining high standards of educational excellence. Experience Proven experience in school administration or as a school administrative director within a preschool setting. Demonstrated success in curriculum development, instructional leadership, and managing educational programs for early childhood or elementary students. Extensive supervisory experience overseeing teachers and support staff in a school environment with a focus on personnel management in education. Strong background in managing budgets, fundraising initiatives, and strategic planning within an educational context. Knowledge of legal regulations related to childhood education, special education law, and educational compliance standards. Skilled in facilitating professional development for educators and leading team leadership initiatives that foster continuous improvement. Classroom teaching experience with young children coupled with expertise in childhood development principles enhances your ability to support staff and student success effectively.
