Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that support infant and toddler development milestones Provide attentive care, ensuring the safety, health, and well-being of each child at all times Foster positive behavior management strategies to encourage social skills and emotional regulation Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that stimulates exploration and learning Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about each child's progress and daily activities Collaborate with team members to plan activities that promote inclusive learning experiences for children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or special education requirements Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including first aid procedures and sanitation standards Requirements Prior experience working with infants and toddlers in a classroom or daycare setting is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional certifications in special education or working with children with disabilities are a plus Demonstrated ability to manage classroom behavior effectively while nurturing each child's individual needs Strong communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and team members Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment dedicated to quality childcare and education Flexibility to adapt activities based on children's interests and developmental stages Embark on a rewarding career where your nurturing spirit meets your passion for teaching!
