3 days on / 2 days off / 2 days on / 3 days off Weekends are included in the rotating schedul e We're seeking dependable Assemblers to support the fabrication, assembly, testing, inspection, and packaging of medical devices. This is a great entry-level opportunity for candidates who are detail-oriented, comfortable working with their hands, and able to work effectively in a team environment. Responsibilities Perform fabrication, manufacturing, assembly, testing, and packaging tasks. Set up and operate production equipment. Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Inspect parts and finished products according to quality specifications. Follow established SOPs, work instructions, and quality guidelines. Use basic measurement tools, including microscopes. Rotate between different tasks and responsibilities as needed. Maintain accurate and consistent work practices. Work safely and maintain a clean work environment. Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. 0-1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience. Strong attention to detail. Ability to read, write, and understand English instructions and specifications. Basic math skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible or extended hours as needed. Ability to inspect parts for quality and accuracy. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted . Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods. Ability to perform repetitive manufacturing and assembly tasks. Steel-toe shoes required. Additional Requirements Eye exam required as part of the hiring process. Position requires 20/30 vision with or without corrective lenses and/or successful completion of a color vision exam.
