Responsibilities may include:

Assist in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans that promote early literacy, math skills, social-emotional growth, and physical development. Support classroom management by maintaining a safe, organized, and stimulating environment for children. Engage with children through play-based activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, and learning across various domains including Abeka, Friendzy & A Reason for Handwriting standard educational practices. Collaborate with team members to develop individualized plans for children requiring special education or early intervention services. Foster positive behavior management strategies to promote respectful interactions and emotional regulation among children. Communicate effectively using our ProCare system with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, milestones, and any concerns related to child welfare or development. Assist with daily childcare routines which may include diapering, feeding, nap times, and outdoor activities to ensure comfort and safety for all children. Requirements Prior experience working with young children in preschool settings or daycare environments is highly preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles, classroom management techniques, and behavior management strategies. Familiarity with curriculum development, literacy education, math instruction, physical education, and Montessori methods is advantageous. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and engage with families. Ability to adapt to various classroom roles as needed—whether as a floater covering different age groups or supporting lead teachers. Experience working with children requiring special education or early intervention services is a plus.
