Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that lay the groundwork for life-long learning and social-emotional skills. Create a nurturing environment that supports toddler care, preschool activities, and early intervention strategies. Manage classroom activities to ensure safety, engagement, and positive behavior management. Collaborate with families to discuss each child's progress, needs, and developmental milestones. Maintain detailed records of lesson plans, child development reports, and classroom observations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. Requirements Proven experience working with children. Preferably in a daycare or preschool setting, including classroom management and lesson planning. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles. Familiarity with early childhood curriculum development. Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to foster a collaborative environment. Classroom experience is preferred. Certification or training in early childhood development is a plus. Demonstrated commitment to child welfare and safety protocols in childcare settings.
