Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging exploration, independence, and social skills. Collaborate with team members to develop curriculum plans and share best practices for early childhood education. Support children's emotional well-being by providing comfort, guidance, and encouragement throughout the day. Skills Strong understanding of child development principles and age-specific needs. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and team members. Patience, compassion, and a genuine enthusiasm for working with young children. Ability to create engaging activities that stimulate learning and growth. Organizational skills to manage classroom routines and documentation efficiently. Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic needs of children in a small classroom setting. Prior experience or certification in early childhood education is preferred but not mandatory.
