Job Description
Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and energetic Floater to join our team. Your primary role is to provide essential support across multiple classrooms, ensuring that lead teachers receive their scheduled breaks and that every room maintains high standards of care and supervision throughout the day Duties Provide attentive childcare and supervision for children across multiple age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Assist with classroom activities and developmental exercises aligned with early childhood standards. Support behavior management strategies to promote positive social interactions and emotional well-being among children. Implement safety protocols such as first aid Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other caregivers Maintain cleanliness and organization of childcare areas, including toys, supplies, and learning materials. Adapt to different classroom environments as needed, providing consistent care and support in a floating capacity.
