Manage classroom environments effectively by applying behavior management techniques, conflict resolution skills, and Montessori or other pedagogical approaches suited for young children. Engage in ongoing professional development related to early childhood education, literacy education, math instruction, physical education, and childcare best practices. Skills Expertise in curriculum development for early childhood settings with knowledge of childhood development principles. Proficiency in using technology platforms to communicate with with families about the progress of their children daily. Strong understanding of assessment-driven instruction and analysis for evaluating student progress. Skilled in classroom management techniques that promote positive behavior and conflict resolution. Knowledge of DHS compliance regulations and best practices in early childhood education environments. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with colleagues, engaging parents, and supporting children's needs effectively. Ability to plan and assist in planning and executing engaging lessons in social emotional development, early literacy, early math, physical development, and other core areas of early childhood education.
