The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. This role involves creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children of various ages, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging activities. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development in accordance with early childhood education standards. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children's curiosity and creativity. Provide individualized care and attention to children, including those with special needs or disabilities. Monitor children's progress and behavior, implementing effective behavior management strategies as needed. Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's development and daily activities. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care by adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational experience for all students. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education. Experience Experience working with children in daycare settings, preschools, or similar environments is preffered. Familiarity with childhood development principles and practices is highly desirable. Previous experience in classroom management, toddler care, infant care, or caregiving roles such as nannying or babysitting is beneficial. Knowledge of first aid practices is a plus, along with any experience in special education or working with individuals with disabilities.
