Job Description

Mt. Juliet Children's Academy is now hiring an infant room teacher! We are looking for individuals who are interested in a career with our company and someone that is passionate and dedicated to the job of working with children. We offer competitive wages, performance based raises, and a great working environment. Starting pay ranges from $14.00 - $16.00 an hour (Depending on experience)

Qualifications Include:

1+ years experience in childcare or teaching related fields Experience working with infants in a childcare setting Passion for working with young children Positive and patient demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills CPR/First Aid certification Dependability and reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

Teach children 6 weeks - 5 years in activities designed to promote all areas of development Create a fun, loving, Christ centered environment for all children and families Abide by all TN state rules and regulations Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families and staff Communicate with parents on children's growth and progress using TN-ELDS Self development with continuing education annually If you meet our requirements and are interested in becoming a part time or full time member of our team, please reply with your resume and we will contact you for an interview.
