About Us Future Generation Early Learning Center is dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can grow socially, emotionally, physically, and cognitively. We are looking for a passionate and dependable Infant Teacher to join our team and help shape the early experiences of our youngest learners. EOE Position Summary The Infant Teacher is responsible for creating a loving, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that supports infant development. This role focuses on building strong relationships with children and families while implementing hands-on learning experiences that meet each child's individual needs. Key Responsibilities Child Development & Classroom Management Provide attentive, nurturing care to infants at all times Foster bonding, attachment, and a sense of security Plan and implement age-appropriate, sensory-rich activities Maintain consistent daily routines and smooth transitions Encourage early developmental milestones and independence Curriculum & Learning Implement a hands-on, play-based curriculum (HighScope approach preferred) Observe and track developmental progress Create engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans Health & Safety Maintain constant sight and sound supervision Follow proper diapering, feeding, and sanitation procedures Conduct daily health checks and maintain a clean classroom Ensure compliance with state licensing and center policies Communication Build strong relationships with families through daily updates Communicate clearly with co-teachers and leadership Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training Maintain accurate classroom records and reports Qualifications CDA, CCP, or AA in Early Childhood Education (preferred) Experience working with infants (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, dependable, and able to multitask Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) What We Offer Supportive and positive work environment Ongoing training and professional development Opportunities for growth within the company Meaningful work making a difference in children's lives Schedule Full-time (hours can be discussed during interview) Must be flexible to meet classroom ratios and center needs
