Love kids? Love purpose? We'd love to meet you. We're looking for a caring, dependable Assistant Teacher who loves children and wants to make a lasting difference. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Classroom Support Assist the Lead Teacher with implementing lesson plans and classroom activities. Supervise and engage children during play, meals, transitions, rest time, and outdoor activities. Encourage positive social interactions and appropriate behavior. Support children's developmental, emotional, and educational needs. Assist with preparing classroom materials, learning centers, and activities. Help maintain consistent classroom routines and schedules. Child Care and Supervision Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times. Assist children with toileting, diapering, handwashing, dressing, feeding, and personal hygiene. Monitor children during indoor and outdoor activities. Support children who may require additional behavioral or emotional assistance. Cleaning and Organization Responsibilities Clean and sanitize toys, tables, chairs, bathrooms, cots/mats, and classroom materials. Maintain classroom cleanliness throughout the day. Wash and organize classroom supplies and equipment. Physical Requirements Bend, kneel, crouch, sit on the floor, and stand for long periods. Participate in active indoor and outdoor play activities. Move quickly when necessary to ensure child safety. Push or pull cots, carts, classroom furniture, or equipment as needed. Help us plant seeds of faith, kindness, and a lifelong love of learning.
Pay:
$11.00 - $12.00 per hour
