Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Education Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role involves planning and implementing engaging educational activities that promote early childhood learning while ensuring the safety and well-being of all students. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and learning. Manage classroom behavior effectively, using appropriate behavior management techniques. Observe and assess children's development, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their progress. Create a safe and inclusive space for all children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the educational experience for students. Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring all materials are safe and accessible. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development, classroom activities, and any concerns. Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. Experience in daycare or preschool settings is highly desirable. Proficient in classroom management techniques to maintain a conducive learning environment. Ability to develop engaging educational activities tailored to the needs of toddlers and preschoolers. Familiarity with first aid procedures to ensure the safety of all children in care. Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues. Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children. Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
