Qualifications:

Previous experience working in an early childhood or preschool classroom CDA, associate degree, bachelor's degree, or another recognized early childhood education credential preferred A genuine passion for teaching and supporting young children Strong communication, organization, and classroom-management skills Dependable, patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic Ability to work collaboratively with fellow teachers, administrators, and families

Responsibilities:

As a Lead Pre-K Teacher, you will: Establish and maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing classroom environment Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences Support children's academic, social, emotional, and physical development Encourage creativity, independence, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning Maintain positive and professional communication with families Observe and document each child's development and progress Work closely with your co-teachers and school leadership Follow all licensing, health, safety, and school requirements We are locally owned, with owners who are present and actively involved each day.
