Job Description
We are looking for committed, nurturing and responsible caregivers to join our Team at Mercy Gate Learning Center. The Toddler Program at Mercy Gate Learning is a place for young children 12-18 months of age to learn and grow in a safe and encouraging setting. Staff work as a team to guide the development of the children as they learn in an environment of discovery and play. Toddler teachers are expected to organize, supervise, and implement engaging curriculum that supports the goals of the Mercy Gate childcare program. Each lead will be assigned a group of children for the entire school year and will be responsible for maintaining open and effective communication between teachers and parents.
