Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated 2 part time Infant Teacher (8mo-12mo) and (14mo-18mo) to join our childhood education team. In this role, you will work along side other teachers creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for infants, fostering their growth and development through engaging activities and personalized care.

MUST HAVE INFANT EXPERIENCE IN A LICENSED CHILDCARE FACILITY.

Schedule:

1pm - 6pm or 2pm-6pm Responsibilities Organize classroom activities that encourage exploration, creativity, and learning tailored to infants' developmental stages Manage classroom behavior with positive reinforcement strategies to foster a safe and respectful environment Collaborate with colleagues to adapt instructional methods for children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or developmental delays Maintain detailed lesson plans, progress notes, and developmental assessments to track each child's growth Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child's progress, daily activities, and any concerns Ensure compliance with safety standards, health protocols, and licensing regulations at all times Requirements Prior experience working with infants or in early childhood education settings is required. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and team members Knowledge and practice of Texas Licensing Minimum Standards Certification in early childhood education or related fields is preferred but not mandatory; ongoing professional development is encouraged Join us in shaping the future by providing compassionate care and inspiring early learning experiences!
