Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities for young children. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Monitor children's development and communicate progress with families. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards. Collaborate with center staff to support daily operations and special events. Support social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning. Adhere to state licensing regulations and Kinder Care policies. Document attendance, incidents, and developmental milestones accurately. Engage families through daily updates and regular conferences. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
