Job Description

We are looking for an individual to work with 3 and 4 Year old children.
Duties:
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
  • Implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum to promote learning and development
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom or play area
  • Supervise children during indoor and outdoor playtime
  • Assist with mealtime routines, including feeding and clean-up
  • Communicate with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise
Qualifications:
Must have a High School diploma/GED and able to pass a federal background check
  • Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting, babysitting, or nannying role
  • Understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate practices
  • Ability to manage a classroom or group of children effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Patience, compassion, and the ability to handle challenging behaviors with positive discipline techniques
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred, but not required.
