You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals in a rewarding environment that values excellence and innovation in aging services. Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff Ensure the comfort and safety of residents at all times Engage with residents to provide companionship and promote mental wellbeing Assist in the implementation of individual resident care plans Collaborate with other team members to ensure optimal resident care Maintain accurate records of residents' care, condition, and progress Required Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Detail-oriented with a high degree of empathy Ability to work as part of a team Physical stamina and ability to lift or move patients if necessary
