As a Kids Academy Team Member, you will provide a safe, engaging, and welcoming environment where children can learn, play, and build confidence while parents enjoy the club. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with children, creating meaningful experiences, and making a positive impact every day. Responsibilities Provide exceptional care and supervision for children ages 3 months to 11 years old. Create a fun, safe, and engaging environment through games, activities, crafts, and play-based learning. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and fellow team members. Ensure all safety, cleanliness, and Kids Academy policies are followed. Assist with children's programs, camps, events, classes, and Parents' Night Out activities. Monitor child behavior and use positive guidance techniques to encourage a welcoming and inclusive environment. Maintain accurate attendance records and follow check-in/check-out procedures. Support Life Time's commitment to healthy living and exceptional member experiences. Qualifications Passion for working with children and families. Positive attitude and strong communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous childcare, teaching, camp, coaching, or youth program experience preferred. CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification. Must be dependable, energetic, and a team player.

Additional Information Starting pay:

$14.00 per hour Team members are required to work at least two Saturdays per month for our Parents' Night Out (PNO) program from 5:00 PM
